Available Tracks

By participating in the Get On Track Challenge you can track your progress on one of three interactive maps. The maps take in many important Western Australian sites including a tree top walk in Pemberton, a historic stock well in the desert and the famous Bungle Bungles in the Kimberley!

The tracks that are currently available are:

The Bibbulmun Track

The Bibbulmun Track The Bibbulmun Track is a long distance walking track that takes you through some of the most beautiful areas of south-west Western Australia. Its 963 kilometres stretch from Kalamunda, just outside Perth, to Albany in the south, and passes through 8 country towns where bush walkers may rest and buy supplies.

The Bibbulmun Track offers a wide range of experiences, from a gentle stroll to enjoy the peace and beauty of the natural environment, to an epic eight week adventure.

Not lacking in scenery, the track has some of the most amazing flowering plants, birds and animals in the world. You will not be disappointed.

Wool Wagon Pathway

Wool Wagon Pathway The Wool Wagon Pathway epitomises the true Australian outback. It is a land of distinct horizons, glorious vistas, unlimited sunshine, wondrous dawns and sunsets and spectacular night skies. Here you will travel through some of Australia's legendary sheep and wool country.

Relive the adventures of the Gascoyne Murchison pastoral pioneers by setting out on the Wool Wagon Pathway. This 1160km journey from Geraldton or Pindar (near Mullewa) through Gascoyne Junction and onto Exmouth in the north, retraces the history of the men and women who settled the region at the turn of the 20th century.

Northern adventure

Northern Adventure The Northern Adventure is a Get On Track Challenge created track which showcases our state's spectacular far north landscape. Stretching 1049km this track extends from Broome on WA's North West coast along the famous Gibb River Road to Kununurra in the East Kimberley region.

The track takes you through a stunning backdrop of intensely coloured ranges, dramatic gorges and lush rock pools and waterfalls - everything the Kimberley is famous for!
